1. This exclusive online promotion runs from November 1 to December 31, 2011
2. To join this promotion, simply log-on to www.rhine.com.ph and sign-up to Rhine’s Newsletter or Create an Account
3. All web site visitors who have successfully signed up or created an account in the Rhine’s web site shall get a chance to win one (1) unit of a Trinimum 21” Pure Flat Colored TV (model: TC-AS2131F)
4. All web site visitors who have joined this promotion are considered registered members of Rhine Customer Database and therefore deemed in agreement with the Terms and Condition and Privacy Policy stated in the Rhine’s web site. In addition, all registered members agreed to receive email notifications from Rhine for the purpose of promotional and events announcements only, and shall not consider Rhine a spammer*
5. Anyone with a valid e-mail address can join the promo. However, an overseas registrant should have a relative who resides in the Philippines, and who shall be willing to redeem the prize on his/her behalf in case drawn as winner
6. The drawing of winner shall be held at the Rhine Marketing Corporation Head Office in Makati City, Philippines on January 6, 2011.
7. Announcement of winner shall be posted on the Rhine’s web site and Facebook account
8. The winner shall receive an e-mail notification from the authorized representative of Rhine Marketing Corporation. The authorized representative shall use his company e-mail address to officially communicate with the winner to avoid any misrepresentation
9. The winner shall be given 15 days to confirm receipt of the e-mail notification sent by the authorized representative of Rhine Marketing Corporation
10. The winner shall be requested to redeem the prize on the agreed redemption Rhine branch only. He/She shall be required to submit the following documents for proper and timely releasing of the prize:
a. Print out of E-mail Notification received from the authorized representative of Rhine Marketing Corporation
b. Two (2) valid identification cards with their photos copies
11. In the event that the winner won’t be able to redeem the prize personally, the winner shall be requested to send an authorized representative and present the following:
a. Original Authorization Letter with Signature of the Winner
b. Print out of Email Notification received from the authorized representative of Rhine Marketing Corporation
c. Winner’s Two (2) valid identification cards with their respective photos copies
d. Representatives Two (2) valid identification cards with their respective photos copies
12. Prize redemption is until March 6, 2012 only. Unclaimed prize after the said date shall be forfeited in-favor of Rhine Marketing Corporation
13. Rhine Marketing Corporation employees and its agents are disqualified to join this promotion
