- June 8, 1992 - Articles of Incorporation filed at SEC.
- June 18, 1992 - SEC approval of the company's Certificate of Registration.
- Dec. 28, 1992 - Registration of Securities (PENSION) for sale was approved by SEC.
- Jan. 8, 1993 - Blessing and formal opening of the Company in Magallanes, Cebu as base of operation (Home Office)
- Apr. 1993 - Branches in Tagum, Davao, Butuan, Surigao, CDO & Ozamis were opened.
- Oct. 1994 - Launching of the S.U.R.E. Education Plan.
- Feb. 1997 - Luzon operations started with Makati City as the Regional Office. Simultaneously, outlets in Valencia, Tagbilaran, Gingoog, & Digos were also opened.
- Mar. 1997 - Rhine Marketing salesforce nationwide were utilized and trained to bolster sales production.
- June 1997 - Hernando O. Streegan over as General Manager from Mark Claude Wilson.
- June 1999 - Blessing and Opening of La Union Branch.
- June 2000 - Re-engineering of the company's organizational structure and operations which brought in a New Management Team headed by Mr. Roberto O. Fruto - launching of the RPC Jingle (Company Hymn). - Transfer of the Corporate Headquarters from Cebu to Makati City, 4/5 Flrs. Carson Building, Orense St. Guadalupe Nuevo.
- April 20-22, 2001 - Kasayahan sa Rhine 2001 - Manila National Sales Convention at Peninsula and Dusit Hotels.
- April 8-10, 2002 - Kasayahan sa Rhine 2002 - Cebu National Sales Convention at Marriott Hotel
- April 11-13, 2003 - Kasayahan sa Rhine 2003 - Baguio National Sales Convention at Baguio Country Club
